Installation and construction technology of drainage system


       The installation and construction of the 25mm high polyethylene storage and drainage board is directly laid on the completed protective layer as shown in the figure above, and the lap joint method is adopted.

1. Process flow

2. Operation points and technical requirements

3. Backfill method


In order to prevent soil-moving vehicles from damaging the drainage system, backfilling needs to be backfilled from the periphery to the inside. The procedures are as follows:


(1) Polyester non-woven fabrics are laid first when backfilling, and then backfilling soil.


(2) The one-time backfill thickness of the first layer of backfill soil should be greater than 500mm thick, and vehicles can be driven on the backfill soil only after the frog has been compacted.


(3) Then backfill in layers, and the thickness of each backfill can be 300mm thick.


(4) Finally, backfill the artificially prepared planting soil according to the needs, and backfill it naturally without tamping.

Finished product protection


1. On the finished product that has been laid, measures should be taken to protect it. It is strictly forbidden to carry out construction and transportation on the laid drainage layer, and the construction of the next process should be carried out in time.


2. During the construction of the storage and drainage layer, attention should be paid to the protection of other finished products that have been constructed.
