¡¾Laying process of drainage board¡¿


The storage and drainage board is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) and formed by heating and pressing.


This kind of board itself has two comprehensive functions of water storage and drainage. The board has the characteristics of extremely high spatial rigidity, and its compressive resistance is obviously better than that of similar products (which can be tested by on-site tests), and can withstand high compressive loads of more than 400Kpa. At the same time, it can withstand the extreme loads of mechanical rolling during the process of backfilling the planting roof.




1. Installation and construction technology of storage and drainage board


The installation and construction of the storage and drainage board is directly laid on the finished fine stone concrete protective layer as shown in the figure above, and the board adopts the lap joint method of buckle.




2. Installation and construction conditions of storage and drainage board


(1) The surface of the base layer should be smooth;

3. Process flow

5. Backfill method


In order to prevent soil-moving vehicles from damaging the storage and drainage system, backfilling needs to be backfilled from the periphery to the inside. The procedures are as follows:


(1) The non-woven fabric is laid first when backfilling. After the non-woven fabric is laid, the acceptance is qualified and then backfilled.


(2) When driving vehicles on the backfill, pay attention to the thickness of the backfill, and the vehicle can only be driven on it after the thickness of the backfill is ¡Ý500mm.




6. Finished product protection


(1) Measures should be taken to protect the laid storage and drainage layer. Construction and transportation on the laid storage and drainage layer that is not covered with soil are strictly prohibited, and the construction of the next process should be carried out in time.


(2) During the construction of the storage and drainage layer, attention should be paid to the protection of other finished products that have been constructed.




7. Quality issues that should be paid attention to


(1) Note that each sheet is lapped well, so as not to block the drainage channel due to the excessive gap caused by the poor lap and the collapse of the non-woven fabric.


(2) Pay attention to the overlap of non-woven fabrics, must meet the overlap requirements, and avoid non-woven fabrics wrinkling and turning up when backfilling soil, so as to prevent soil from entering the space of the storage and drainage board and blocking drainage.

¡¾Laying process of drainage board¡¿


1. Process flow

3. Operation points and technical requirements


(1) The drainage board is naturally unfolded and laid loosely in the planned position.


(2) The drainage board can be laid in the longitudinal or transverse direction of the drainage slope.


(3) The lap joint must be lapped in the direction of the drainage slope, and reverse lap joint is not allowed.


(4) When the parts that need to be positioned or the parts with shape changes need to be temporarily fixed, use asphalt horseshoe grease point bonding to fix.


(5) The end closure of the drainage board needs to be determined in combination with the design of the building part.

4. Backfill method


Backfill soil on the drainage system. In order to prevent the damage to the drainage system caused by earth-moving vehicles, the backfilling needs to be backfilled from the periphery to the inside. The procedures are as follows:


(1) When backfilling, first lay the non-woven fabric, while laying the non-woven fabric, use the backfill soil pile to consolidate, and then backfill the soil (you can directly lay the cloth drainage board and directly backfill the soil).


(2) The one-time backfill thickness of the first layer of backfill soil should be greater than 600mm, and the frog compactor can walk on the backfill soil after it has been compacted.


(3) Then backfill in layers, and the thickness of each backfill can be 600mm thick.


(4) Finally, 300~500mm thick is reserved for artificial preparation of planting soil, which is naturally backfilled without compaction.




5. Construction precautions


(1) Please store the drain board in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent exposure to sunlight and keep away from fire.


(2) Please place the drainage protection board vertically or horizontally, do not tilt or cross horizontally, the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers, and avoid the stacking of heavy objects.


(3) When laying, it should be flat and natural, and lay along the slope or according to the water flow.




6. Preparations before laying


(1) Clean up the garbage on the laying site and level the cement so that there are no obvious bumps on the site. The roof of the outdoor garage and the roof garden need to have a slope of 2-5¡ë.


(2) Roof greening and outdoor garage roof greening can be equipped with porous water pipes, so that the water discharged from the drainage board can be discharged to the nearby sewer pipes or nearby urban sewers.


(3) The basement ground is anti-seepage, and the ground is raised above the foundation, that is, a layer of drainage board is made before the ground is made. The space of the drainage board flows into the surrounding blind ditches, and then flows into the sump through the blind ditches.


(4) The inner wall of the basement is anti-seepage, and a drainage board can be laid on the main wall of the building, the round projection faces the main wall, and a layer of single wall is built outside the drainage board or steel mesh powder cement is used to protect the drainage board. Make the space of the seepage board outside the wall flow straight down into the blind ditch until the sump.


(5) When laying drainage boards in any section, care must be taken not to allow soil, cement, yellow sand and other garbage to enter the front space of the drainage board to ensure that the space of the drainage board is unobstructed.


(6) Protective measures should be taken as much as possible when laying the drainage board. When laying the drainage board on the floor or outdoor garage, the backfill should be done as soon as possible to prevent the strong wind from disturbing the drainage board and affecting the laying quality; the waterproofing of the basement and interior walls should be done as soon as possible. Protective layer to prevent the drainage board from being damaged by people or objects.


(7) The backfill is cohesive soil. It is ideal to lay 3-5 cm of yellow sand on the geotextile, which is beneficial to the water filtration of the geotextile; if the backfill is a kind of nutrient soil or light soil, there is no need to lay it again. A layer of yellow sand, the soil itself is very loose and easy to filter water.


(8) When laying the drainage board, the next 1-2 fulcrums are placed on the right side and the side, or the two bottom plates can be aligned, and the top is overlapped with geotextile, as long as no soil enters the drainage channel of the drainage board, and the drainage can be maintained. unblocked.
